Hyaluronic Acid: (HA), produced in the body, is a major component in joint synovial fluid.  HA facilitates wound repair and synovial fluid provides natural lubrication for normal joint function.

Zinc:  supplementation studies have shown decreased incidence of infections, decreased oxidative stress, and decreased generation of iflammatory cytokines.

MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane):  Naturally occurs in some green vegetables and other foods. Has been shown to block peripheral nerve conductance which is thought to be a mechanism of pain relief.

Boswellia Serata (Boswellia acid), Bosellia, or Frankincense, is an Ayurvedic botanical, appears to exert its anti-inflammatory effect.  Boswellia has anti-inflammatory effects in managing disorders like inflammatory bowel disease, arthritis and asthma.

Turmeric (curcuma Longa root):  Tumeric , 98% curcumin, and the curcuminoids found in trmeric are anti-inflammatory and increase the amount of antioxidants that the body produces.
